He is survived by: his children, Theresa Cain of Medina, OH, Peter Holmes (Peter Cardasis) of Atlanta, GA and Denise Smallidge of Medina, OH; and his grandchildren, James, Spenser Cain, Kayleigh, Liam and Connor Smallidge. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org, in Kenneth's memory.
