She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blake and Jeannette Blake (Dewille); her husband Stephen Kalina; her daughter Pamela Saker; and her sister Jean Manista.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Kalina and Christopher Kalina (Carrie); her grandchildren, Blake and Collin Kalina; and her brother Frank Blake. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
