She is survived by: her parents, David Louis and Connie Sir Louis (Semmelhaack); her children, Ted Sir Louis, Logan Borling, Adalie Calame and Ralph Young; and her siblings, Emily Sir Louis (Curt Salopek), Ian Sir Louis (Kodi), Jamie Forsythe (Paul Smith) and Robert Forsythe (Michelle).
