She was predeceased by: her parent Alva; and her husband James C. Halliwill. She is survived by: her children, Deana Wadella (Chris), Ron Fowler and Jeff Fowler (Michelle); her grandchildren, Amanda Aubrey (John), Shea Fowler, Erin Fowler, Jena Gjerek, Monica Gjerek and Michael Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Lexi, Tanner and Giuliana.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Joyce's name to either the Medina County SPCA (8790 Guilford Rd., Seville, OH 44273) or the American Alzheimer's Association (225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601).
