He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gerbasi, Sr. and Helen John (Sabbatis); and his wife Carol (Smith). He is survived by: his daughter Susan Happ (Greg); his brother Carl Gerbasi, Jr.; his sister-in-law Sharon of Ashland; his niece Angela Greene; his nephew Dean Gerbasi; and his siblings, Tom Gerbasi (Jan), Diane Kagel (Dan), Lanne Margrett (Grant) and Edward DiFiore, Jr. (Meg). He is also survived by many other cousins along with so many close friends.
