He was predeceased by: his parents, August Siebert and Margaret Siebert; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Craig (Andrea) and Catrine (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Luke, Andrew and Kirstin.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in John's name to St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 N. Broadway, Medina.
