He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Tisevich and Libby Tisevich; his wife Patricia M. Tisevich; his daughter Dawn Mae Tisevich; his granddaughter Abigail Kinch; his sister Elsie Tisevich; and his brother-in-law Buddy Melfi.

He is survived by: his children, John R. Tisevich (Melinda), Tina Kinch (Todd) and Michaele Reynolds (Donny); his grandchildren, Bella, Wilson Tisevich, Alex, Madeline Kinch, Elizabeth Reynolds (Jon), Rowan and Matthias Sanow; and his sister Diane Melfi.

In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Colony Cats, Dublin, OH, The American Heart Society or alternatively The Cancer Society.
