It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne L. Deeks (Medina, Ohio), born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph V. Ball II and Vivian Ball (Duff); her husband Harry Deeks; her brother Joseph V. Ball III; her sister-in-law Martha McMahon; her great grandchild Tristan Seacrist; and her nephew Robert Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Deeks (Linda), Jacqueline Hartman (Gary), Suzanne Schaefer (Greg) and Eric Deeks (Tracy); her grandchildren, Joshua Deeks (Shani), Seth Hartman (Elizabeth), Caleb Deeks (Kayleigh), Michelle Kane (Amadou), Shauna Crocker (Dan), Tiffany Miller (Chad), Evie Prahst (Nate), Jacob Deeks (Kari), Christopher Deeks (Molly), Cody Deeks (Gina), Bri Deeks and Carragan Deeks; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret McMahon, Robert McMahon and Barbra Pattin. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
Due to COVID, a private family service will be held.
