She was predeceased by: her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Jamey, Julie, Jeff (Deborah) and Jay; her grandchildren, Candace, Sara, Wade of Jake, JJ, Brooke and Jeffrey; her sisters, Dolly, Margie and Jackie; and her sister-in-law Kathryn of Ohio. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
