He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray B. Hover and Ethel M. Hover (Parsons); his wife Alice Hover (Fertig); his son Greg Hover; and his siblings, Ray Hover and Jean Timm.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hover (AnneMarie) and Lee Hover (Karen); and his grandsons, Andrew (Francesca Humphries), Dominic and Zachary.
