“I just saw this today, over a year, .I saw Jim one last time before he passed. I knew Jim from my mom, Melba, who lived in his apartments for all the years. We spoke on the phone few times a year. My mom and Jim were good friends. Mom passed in 2007. I miss his phone calls. He was still spunky at 100 when I saw him. My mom was 89 yrs old then, and Jim had no idea she was that old! She hide her age well. I miss them both. God Bless and my condolences to his family. Karen W”
