He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Hough of New Lexington; his father Andrew Plascak of LeRoy Twp; his siblings, Kathleen Cross (Marc) of North Ridgeville, Timothy Plascak (Linda Debernardi) of Bonita Springs, Karin Lauer (John Alban) of LeRoy Twp and Kevin Plascak (Mary) of Fairview Park; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Traxler, Alyson Plascak, Kevin Plascak Jr. and Hunter Lauer.
