He was predeceased by: his father Hobson Jackson; and his brothers, Brant, Johny Ray, Maurice Lee and Billie Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Ludie; his children, Barry Jackson (Georgianna), Tonya Rubino (Carl) and Kathy Uniack (Rick); his grandchildren, Sarah, Alan, Ricky, Bobby, Elizabeth, Andrew, Benjamin and Charlie; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Olivia, Alida, Grant and George.
