With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gathel Virginia Heysek Farnsworth in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wellington and Osie Agnes Moats (Brown); and her former husband Richard Heysek. She is survived by: her husband Harold R. Farnsworth; her daughters, Lynnette Bowser and Penny Miceli; and her stepchildren, Gerald Farnsworth, Lisa Maley and Jane Farnsworth. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
