He was predeceased by: his wife Rosie Lee (Blue); his parents, King David Lee and Lillie Mae Battle; his daughter Marilyn Lee; his granddaughter Carla Helms; and his siblings, Dorothy Wesley, Janice Herrington, Vivian Turner, Debra Few, Anthony Lee, Eric Lee and Byron Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Dorothy McClain, Frank Lee Jr. (Brenda), Jerry Lee (Linda), Kathy Lee, Micah Lee (Larra), Evelyn Lee and Edith Blount (Fred) of Warrenton, GA.; his grandchildren, Dionne Beasley, Jamey Lee, Michael McClain, Jason Lee, Joshua Lee, Melissa Goler, Kristen Woodall, Micah N. Lee, Steven Lee, Allyse Sandhu, Malachi Lee, Vanessa Wilson, Shadae Lee, Vivica Wilson, Fredrick Blount, Monique Blount and Marleau Blount; and his brothers, Robert Lee and Rudolphus Lee. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
