She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kuchar and Nettie Kuchar (Hrabak); her husband Earnest Smith; and her brother Franklin Kuchar. She is survived by: her children, David Smith, Scott Smith (Sandra) and Darlene Smith; her grandchildren, Carissa Smith, Amanda Fogg (John) and Shannon Smith; her great grandchild Braik Fogg; and her sister Janice Kuchar.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home (2089 Columbia Rd, Valley City, OH 44280). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
