She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Urban and Helen Urban; and her husband Joseph E. Pavlik. She is survived by: her children, Dolores "Doree" Weglarz, Joseph G. "Jay" Pavlik (Kimberley) and Valerie Pavlik (Jim Viton); and her grandson Garrett Viton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
