She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Dugan, and Donna M. Costlow Dugan, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Marc W. Lowe; her children, Donovan T. Lowe and Colleen M. Lowe; and her siblings, Thomas, Jr. (Eileen), Mark (Becky), Dirk (late Amy), Todd, Maureen Molesky (David) and Jean Creegan (Sean).

In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging donations to: The Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
