He was predeceased by: his father Don Charles Slaker Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joan Slaker (Metrik) of Brunswick; his children, Alzbeta Hrubey (Brent) of Brunswick and Don Charles Slaker III of Brunswick; his sisters, Denise Slaker of Medina and Debra Slaker of Brunswick; his nephew Christopher Feliciano (Haley) of Brunswick; his niece Jessica Makowski (Sonny) of North Royalton, OH; his close friend Gayle Weigle; and also Zoey Weigle.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Home Brunswick Chapel (1642 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
