With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Ward of Medina, Ohio, born in Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude M. Boggs and Anna A. Boggs (Sedmak). She is survived by: her husband Marland Jr.; her children, Marland Ward III and Heather Newberry (Curtis); her grandchildren, Karli, Gavin and Harlan Newberry; her mother-in-law Gloria Ward; her sister-in-law Debbie Bakeras (Greg); and her nephews, John and Justin Bakeras.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Homes - Medina (3477 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the York Cemetery (6800 Norwalk Rd, Medina, OH 44256).
