He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Dunham and Arlene Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Dunham (Shook); his sons, Gordon D. and Kyle R.; his brother Robert H. Dunham (Marcia); his sisters-in-law, Kathy Plute (Nick) and Laura Toth; and his nieces, Tracey Sands (Ronald) and Amy Geissler (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
