As Daniel departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Daniel. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald J. Cogar; his sister Jeany Cogar; and his close friend Greg. He is survived by: his mother Peggy J. Cogar (Howell) of Medina; his daughter Autumn Cogar of West Salem; his sister Jenny Cogar of Brunswick; and his niece Jessica Cogar of Medina.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home (2089 Columbia Rd, Valley City, OH 44280).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
