He was predeceased by: his father James; and his father-in-law Michael Sislow. He is survived by: his wife Cathie; his son Craig Bohl II; his mother Diane; his siblings, Rick (Flyresta), Deanne (Bill) and Allyson; his mother-in-law Sandra Hendrix (late Wayne); his siblings-in-law, Denise (Dean), Mick (Heidi) and Sherry; his nieces and nephews, Leigha, Aneesa (Justin), Bobby, Michael, Trenton, Maddox and Erika; and his close friends, Kona, Maverick and Kash.
