He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Worthington and Anna Shields Worthington of Newville, Pennsylvania.; his siblings, Birtha, Bruce, Ida, Roy, Paul, John, Myles, Fred, Dorothy, Mary and Elwood; his son Clark Norman; and his former wife Violet Hollowniczky Worthington.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his stepchildren, Marilyn J. Seamon of Medina and James R. (Chris Bailey). He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to restrictions on the number of flowers allowed at the grave, contributions may be made to the family, in lieu of flowers.
