He is survived by: his wife Shelba Jean Chapman (Kissinger); his sons, James Chapman (Tammy) and Daniel Chapman (Teresa); his daughter-in-law Sandra Chapman; his grandchildren, James, Melissa, Katie, Bretasha, Daniel Jr., David Jr. and Kelsey; and his siblings, Okey Chapman and Judy Jerrell.
