He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sr. Owens and Charlotte Owens (Dudgeon); and his sister-in-law Charla Mann. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Mann); his children, Charlotte (Keith Gerkens), Dale Owens (BJ), Charles Owens (Teri) and Carrie Carey; his grandchildren, Amanda Owens, Brandon Gerkens, Daisy Morse, Luke Carey and Charles Owens, Jr.; and his brother Robert Owens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
