He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sharon Hopkins (Thrasher); his children, Patrick Charles Hopkins (Carolyn), Todd Louis Hopkins (Jill), Douglas Andrew Hopkins (Amanda) and Meghan Kathleen Crum (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Shane Louis, Kaitlyn Rae, Rachel Lynne, Elizabeth Joy, Will Patrick, Bryce Andrew, Sadie Mae Crum, Grace Cindy, Luke Robert Crum and Molly Joy Crum.
