She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Goska and Clara Goska (Dukowski); her husband Okey Earl Crooks; and her sister Judy. She is survived by: her son Mark Crooks (Melissa); her grandsons, Will and Wes; and her niece Brenda Neihaus (Rodney).
