He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Sandra L. Sheets, Jean L. Anderson and Charlotte Anderson; and his cousins, Seth and Alex Anderson.
He is survived by: his sister Brittany; his grandfathers, Calvin J. Sheets and Robert D. Anderson; his aunts and uncles, Pamela Plasco (Aaron), Jessica Sheets, Gregory Sheets, Craig Anderson (Tina) and Kevin Anderson (Tamara); and his cousins, Sara Anderson, Krista Hessert (Tyler), Erica Anderson and Nathaniel Plasco.
