He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Kennedy and Ruby Kennedy (Bailey); his former wife Beverly Kennedy; his sister Carol Sue Birchfield; and his son-in-law Michael Paoletta.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Denise Nieman (John), Diane Paoletta and John Kennedy (Christine); his brother Mickey Kennedy (Annette); and his stepdaughter Christi Bastos. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
