He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynne; his mother Mary Ann Patrick of Brunswick; his daughters, Amanda Gullen (Derrick) of Norton and Katrina (Nathaniel Milhoan) of Akron; his grandchildren, Cora and Braelyn Gullen; his siblings, Gerald Patrick (JoLyn) of Reading, PA, Cheryl Granda (Allan) of Valrico, FL, Mark Patrick (Robin) of York, SC, Paul Patrick (Patty) of Brunswick and Thomas Patrick (Kathi) of Medina; his parents-in-law, Irene and Sonny Jones of Brunswick; and his sister-in-law Sherri Bunder (Paul) of Broadview Heights. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
