We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 73, Barbara Carol Failor of Medina, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Barbara Ellen Simmons (Clay); her siblings, Linda Lengyel, Kathleen Al-Swalf and Eddie Dean Simmons; and her son Alan W. Failor.
She is survived by: her husband Alan H. Failor; her children, Tami Fonseca (Todd), Jim Bilski (Brenda) and Kelly Tandarich (Steve); and her siblings, Patricia Race, Jennifer Mullens (Mark) and Jim Bagley (Cindy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Carol's memory be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
