With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annetta Mischak of Medina, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Stafinski and Caroline Stafinski (Strojny). She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Mischak; her children, Michelle Mischak, Melissa Limbeck (Erich) and Richard S. Mischak (Bridget); her grandchildren, Richard M., Samantha, Collin, Patrick, Alexander, Natalie, Katherine Pabst (Kevin) and Mary Lois Limbeck; and her siblings, Carol Stafinski and Anthony Stafinski.
