He is survived by: his wife Thelma Toney (Meeks); his son Mark Toney (Rosa); his grandchildren, Mika Stewart (Joshua), Joshua Toney and Jenna LaMere (Kevin); and his siblings, Betty Paris, Marcella Darity, Ruby Walley (Kester), Curtis Toney (Sarah) and Blucher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
