He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Evans (Rock); his child Surena Neer (Steve); his grandchildren, Laura Mobley (Tate), Courtney McDole (Alex), Brittany Neer, Daniel Neer, Rhys Evans and Kara Evans; and his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Rock and Shelby Evans.
