He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark Heppard and Helen F. Heppard (Yeasel); and his grandparents, Frank, Charlene Heppard, Dean, Phyllis Yeasel, Russ and Margaret Byerly.
He is survived by: his siblings, Monte Heppard (Dawn) of Lewistown and Tara Venrick (Frank) of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
