He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pack and Monie Pack (Howard); and his siblings, Mary Ethel Pack and Kenneth Pack (Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Minnie Travis; his children, Diana Solenberger (Mike), Sharon Moore (Ronald), Brenda Blackburn (Tony), Ricky Pack (Sally Jo), William Pack (Kasey) and Adam Pack (Christa Marie); his brother Keith Pack (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Ernie Wheeler. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
