He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carroll and Lucille Carroll (Perdue); and his sister Gloria Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Cupie Carroll (Scott); his children, Miranda Legg, Melinda Lykins (Bill), Michael Carroll (Shannon), Glen Powers (Lauren), Chad Powers (Anne) and Blake Powers (Sarah); his brother Rick Carroll (Connie); and his friend Jerry Ball. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
