He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Violet and Mary Violet (Roush); and his daughter-in-law Carolyn Violet. He is survived by: his wife Jerryann Violet; his children, Melissa Dubie (Ken), Jeff Violet, Scott Violet (Julie) and Brian Violet Sr. (Michele); his grandchildren, Melissa Tipton, Ronnie Tipton, Amanda Lykins, Jessika Kandel, Brian Violet Jr., Ty Propst, Brandon Violet and Tim Violet; his great grandchildren, Aliza Tipton, Xander Lykins and Piper Kandel; and his siblings, Norm Violet (Sarah) and Mary Rockwell (John). He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
