Butz (Kay); his siblings, Donna Wilson (Lawrence) and Ralph Butz; and his grandchildren, Lydia Beatty (Mitch), Cari Leet (Shawn), Leah Castle, Josh Butz, Andy Butz, Ben Butz, Jill Butz (Dakota Goedel), Derek Johnston (Amanda Lockard), Jackie Daniels (Jake), Scott Butz and Robin Butz. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren as well as several nephews.
