He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harsh and Ercel Smith; his wife Juanita Rose Harsh; and his siblings, Donald, Bud, Lloyd, Roy Harsh, Eunice Russell and Cathryn Davisson.
He is survived by: his children, Lisette Watkins (Mark), Ted Harsh (Deana Backus), Rick Harsh (Patricia) and Donald Harsh (Michele); and his stepchildren, Deborah Nelson (Wetzel), Kevin Phillips, James Phillips (Susie) and Jay Phillips. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
