It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Thomas Dugan of Mechanicsburg, Ohio, born in Celina, Ohio, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dugan and Willametta Dugan (Hudson); his son John T. Dugan; and his sisters, Mary Ann and Catherine Dugan.

He is survived by: his sons, Marc, Shane and Nicholas Dugan.
