He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Moore and Brenda Moore (Johnson); his wife Glenda Moore (Willoughby); and his siblings, Monica Severance (Jesse), Angela Hampton (Dave), Keith Miller (Judy), Jerry Moore and Pete Moore (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
