He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle E. Troutwine and Dorothy Troutwine (Shiverdecker); his wife Kittie; his grandson Brandon Dees; his brother Richard Troutwine; and his siblings-in-law, Don Moore, James, Pete, Bill, Ed, Paul, Joe, Jack Darland, Ruth Mary O'Dell, Phyllis Homan and Martha Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Harrigan, Vicki Merten (Patrick) and Bill Troutwine (Aimee); his grandchildren, Andrew, Tyler, Hannah, Zeke Dees, Jessica, Bailey, Isaac, Cooper Troutwine, Ethan, Nate, Ava, Eli and Noah Merten; his great grandchild Noelle Dees; his brother David Troutwine; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Darland, Esther Sue Applegate and Dora Jane Waymire. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
