She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Ray Crabtree and Mary Crabtree (Heistand); her husband Russell Pack; her sisters, Joyce Moody and Betty Fleming; her grandson Larry; and her great great grandchild Maximus Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Randolph (Alan), Tammy Stadnyk (Larry) and Russell R. Pack; her grandchildren, Stephanie Nichols (Garrett), Tina Gemienhardt, Gregory Randolph (Melissa), Doug Randolph (Chelsea), Andrew Pack and Amber Pack; her great grandchildren, Ashley Gemienhardt, Joel Gemienhardt, Morgan Baugh, Matt, Mason Baugh, Jacob Craig, Jason Yocom, Jordan and Chloe Randolph; her great great grandchildren, Colson Schambs, Kinleigh Craig and Zaxton Randolph; and her brothers, Art Crabtree (Linda), Frank Crabtree, Jim Crabtree, John Crabtree and Terry Crabtree. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
