He was predeceased by: his parents, Dow E. Wilkins and Patricia A. Wilkins (Swagart); his daughter Alicia Lou Ann Roth; and his brothers, Jim and Kevin Wilkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Borah (Matthew); his grandchildren, Taylor, Payton Roth, MiKayla, Matteya and Noah Borah; his siblings, Debbie Schaffner (Joe), Cheryl Wilkins and Greg Wilkins (Jeanette); his sister-in-law Donna Wilkins; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Schaffner, Casey Price, Brittney Schaffner, Karina Mays, Rachel Wilkins, Rachel Fisher and Leif Anderson.
Guests are respectfully asked to wear masks and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
