He is survived by: his children, Dana Smith, Sheila Widay (Craig) and Jeffery Smith; his grandchildren, Tyler Cantrell (Kylie), Michael Cantrell, Trevor Edwards (Thera), Ashley Bumgardner (Justin) and Kory Widay (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Caileigh, Emmett, Brynne and Isaac; his siblings, Lori Huber (Terry), Janet Lockwood and Richard Smith (Ann); the mother of his children Frances Smith; and also Kinsley Widay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
