She was predeceased by: her parents, Macon Chambers and Jeanette Chambers (Thompson); her husband Frank Maynard Jr.; her son Mark Maynard; and her sisters, Mona Bologna and Rita Truesdale.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Beth Herron (Mike) and Robert Blake Maynard; her grandchildren, Stephanie Elliott, Audrey Lambert, Rachel Marshall, Margo Maynard, Brenna McFann and Alexandra Pamplin; and her great grandchildren, Titus Lee, Carder Napper and Wyatt Napper.
