It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jillian Ripley (Mechanicsburg, Ohio), born in London, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 14, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul and Judy Bailey; and her uncle Jason Bailey. She is survived by: her parents, Mike Linkous and Julia Ripley; her siblings, Jacob Ripley, Taylor and Mikayla Linkous; and her cousins, Kalieb, Aubrey, Daltyn and Evan. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

“Jillian, it isn’t fair. I have been sad days later since i heard b/c you are a kid gone too soon. Not knowing what can happen one day to the next is what makes cancer scary. You will not believe how much the outpour of love many ppl have for you! Ripley family, i’m sorry for your loss. I feel sad b/c i can’t help why some kids are here over other kids, so please know we cannot understand as much as you & i pray every night for the 12th floor kids. Jadyn s.”
