He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. and Ercel Bogard (Smith); and his siblings, Shirley Wheaton (Jim), Joretta Graham (Paul) and Bill Bogard.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Bogard (Byerly); his son Michael Bogard (Traci); his grandchild Amanda Ann Bogard; his stepgrandchildren, Derrick Harding, Nathan and Adrian Stewart; his great grandchildren, Hannah Marie Purdue, Alexys Lucas and Kyng Lucas; his siblings, Jim Bogard (Teresa) and Janet Herron (Rodger); and his sister-in-law Pat Bogard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
